Orders placed weekdays before 3pm UK time will be dispatched the same day. Please expect delays during holiday seasons.
Customers outside the UK and EU may incur additional customs duties or taxes.
Please ensure you confirm the position before placing your order as we are not responsible for any such customs duties, taxes or requirements, nor are we responsible for any parcels returned for unpaid duties or taxes, and we will not issue refunds under these circumstances. Tracking information is automatically emailed to all customers. Please allow a few extra days for shipping during busy periods such as sales or public holidays. We reserve the right to place on hold orders placed with incorrect delivery addresses without notice and to delay dispatch of items until the customer has confirmed correct postal address or confirmed it is a legitimate order by providing identification. Products may be returned within 14 days, of receiving the products as long as UNUSED, UNWASHED, and fit for resale. During the holiday season we will make exceptions beyond 14 days, as long as the items are unused.
If you were sent a faulty or incorrect item, we will send out a replacement/correct item to you once we receive the faulty/incorrect item back and refund your return postage.
All items must be returned to us before a refund or replacement is issued.

Customers are responsible for return shipping charges for unwanted items. For your protection, please be sure to return your goods via recorded or registered post.
If you are a customer in the UK, EU, Norway, Liechtenstein or Iceland, you have additional statutory rights to cancel online orders from the date when you made the order up to 14 days after you receive the goods.
We cannot accept any returns on underwear/swimwear for hygiene reasons, except where faulty, or not as described (see “Faulty Items” below).
We do not hold specific stock for exchanges, but if you wish to exchange your item you can return the original purchase in accordance with this policy and, subject to availability, submit a new order online.
PAYMENT OF REFUNDS
Refunds online will be made via the original payment method usually 4/5 day, but never later than 14 days from our receipt of the returned items. We may make deductions from refunds to reflect any reduction in the value of the items which may have resulted from your handling of them; i.e. they are no longer in perfect saleable condition. We will inform you first and send photos of the damages.
