RETURNS & REFUNDS

Thank you for your order. We'd love to think that everyone who orders from us will be happy with their new purchases, however, if for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we will offer a refund, or exchange in accordance with the following policy: 

  • All returned items must be unused and in perfect saleable condition.
  • Clothing or shoes must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging.
  • The guarantee card must be returned.
  • All skateboard hardware must be unused, un-skated and in like-new condition.
  • All items must be sent back within 14 calendar days from the date you received the order.
  • We do not accept any returns on underwear/socks for hygiene reasons, except where faulty or not as described.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping charges for unwanted items. For your protection, please be sure to return your goods via recorded or registered post.

If you are happy with the requirements above, please send us a quick email with your order number and reason for wanting to returning the item/s. Once we respond, you can send back the item/s in sufficient packaging to avoid damage of goods while in transit.

PAYMENT OF REFUNDS

Refunds online will be made via the original payment method usually in 4/5 days, but never later than 14 days from our receipt of the returned items. We may make deductions from refunds to reflect any reduction in the value of the items which may have resulted from your handling of them; i.e. they are no longer in perfect saleable condition. We will inform you first and send photos of the damages.

RETURNS FROM OUTSIDE THE UK

For any returns from outside of the UK, please be sure to correctly fill out any customs documentation and mark as ‘Return’. We do not accept responsibility for any fees associated with items held in customs.  

EXCHANGES

Almost all our items are limited edition so we do not hold stock for exchanges. In order to exchange your item please submit a new order (subject to availability) and return the original item for a refund in accordance with this policy.

RETURNING FAULTY / INCORRECT ITEMS

You have up to 14 days to return incorrect items for a full refund. Please return your goods via recorded post and keep your postage receipt so we can refund the postage to you.

CANCELLATIONS

 If you wish to cancel an online purchase, please email us as soon as possible at hello@riverlaurent.com giving this information:  

  • Order number
  • Order date
ADDITIONAL RIGHTS

 If you are a customer in the UK, EU, Norway, Liechtenstein, or Iceland, you have additional statutory rights to cancel online orders from the date when you made the order up to 14 days after you receive the goods.
