What is your exchange/return policy?

Products can be exchanged/returned within 14 days, as long as UNUSED.  (During the holiday season we will make exceptions beyond 14 days, if items are UNUSED.) More information found here: https://riverlaurent.com/pages/returns-form.


I have returned my order, when will I get my refund?

We don’t like holding money that belongs to our customers so we like to initiate refunds on the same day. So as soon as we receive the item and have inspected it: it must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging your money will be winging its way back to you. Usually takes 4/5 days and in the event of things beyond our control could take up to 14 days.


How long does it take to process my order?

On weekdays orders that come in before 3.30pm are processed and shipped out on the same business day. Everything after that is shipped out within 24 hours. Weekend orders are fulfilled on Monday morning. If orders are placed on, or around Valentine’s Day, Black Friday, Christmas, or New Year's Day, please expect some delays.


How do I add on to an order I just placed?

If the previous order has not been shipped yet, quickly place a separate order for the additional items, then contact us at hello@riverlauret.com with the two order numbers. We will combine the orders and refund shipping on the add-on order.  


Is there a way to add signature required to my shipping?

Signature required will be added to orders £150+ in value. It will be at no added cost to you. 


Do you ship worldwide?

Yes, we ship to almost every country in the world!  If you run into an issue during checkout, just email us, and we'll add your country into our list for you.


What shipping method do you use?

Usually Royal Mail or USPS.


Where will my order be shipped from?

All orders are processed and shipped from UK.


Can I use QuadPay, or some other parasitic installment payment system?

No, we believe almost all debt is dumb and we have no intention of dragging you into it for a t-shirt. If saving up is not a desirable option, sew-on patches are available for less than a Starbucks coffee, or you can sign up for our newsletter and take part in the monthly giveaways or take part in our weekly Instagram giveaways. You never know, you could win something real special. :)


Where is my order confirmation?

Your order confirmation is automatically emailed to you.  It’s probably languishing in your spam folder.

Can you help with sizing?

Check out our sizing chart. It usually does a damn good job.


How do I care for the stuff I cop of you?

We recommend turning them inside out before washing, but you don't bother if you have a hot hook-up waiting in your bed for you. To increase the lifespan of your garment.

      • - Do not iron the logo
      • - Do not iron on printed areas.
      • - Do not use bleach
      • - Always air dry and out of direct sunlight where possible.
      • - Choose cold water (30°C or below).
      • - Best not to tumble dry. 
      • - It’s not a skateboard. It likes a gentle stretch after washing to preserve its shape.

How much does shipping cost?  And how long does it take?

All shipping prices are in the shipping tab. Delivery times depend on where you’re ordering from. The further you are away from the UK, the more patience and teeth gritting will be required. Sorry! 


Can I modify my shipping information?

Only while we still have your item with us. Once it leaves our hands, it’s time to pray.


Can I cancel my order?

Of course, but don’t forget we aim to ship orders on the same day we get them, so you’ll have to get your finger out and notify us pronto.


Tracking says my package was delivered, but I haven’t received it?

Oops, better email us at hello@riverlaurent.com.


What payment methods do you accept? 

All major credit cards and Paypal is the short answer. You don’t want to know the long answer. 


What’s my tracking number?

It’ll be in the email we send to you when we ship your goodies out. If you don’t see it, look in your spam box. If it’s not there, then shoot an email off to hello@riverlaurent.com. We're always happy to hear from you. 


Do you accept exchanges?

Due to the limited stock we carry, exchanges are usually a matter of luck. If the item is unworn, simply repackage it, and send it back to us, and we’ll return your money back to you.


My item is damaged, what do I do?

Noooooo… But no worries, just send an email to hello@riverlaurent.com and we’ll sort it all out for you. Either a replacement or full return of your money.


Who pays the cost of returning an item?

We’re not Amazon. Unless you received a wrong order, it looks like you will be responsible for paying your own shipping cost. Do consider using a trackable source to ensure the item reaches us. Thieves are known to be hot for River Laurent stuff.



If you are not in the UK please note: You may have to pay customs or import duties on your shipment. We have no way of preventing this so please plan to pay these fees. These are NOT fees assessed by us (we are generally against tax in all its insidious forms). They are assessed by the destination country.
